Hi Graham Would just like to say thank you for your help. You replied to me recently after my search for assistance in sumitting building regulation. I went into planning dept in Crewe and explained to them what I needed and they printed a very simply form and advised on costs, unlike my builder who passed me over to a gent based in lancaster and wanted to charge ВЈ180 just to fill in what turned out to be a very simple application, needless to say I’m reconsidering my builder. So once again many thanks, such a shame I did
